Learning and Development

Apprenticeships

The Acorn Group are working with various training providers, to deliver an extensive apprenticeship program to our existing employees, as well as talented and ambitious individuals who are looking to join our company.

Our aim is to recognise and reward current and new employees, with the opportunity to access an internationally recognisable qualification via our Acorn Academy Training Programme.

This enables our employees to cement their current skillset, while offering individuals the opportunity to learn additional skills, knowledge and behaviours that will support them in their current role and present future career opportunities.

The programmes currently being delivered have been selected due to the progression routes they can offer and suitability to the business, and to enable employees to enhance their personal development.
