Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Branch Manager will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current sales and rental market, preferably in the Greater London area, along with a proven record of exceeding targets, managing a team and experience in the following areas:
- Appraisal and instruction of residential sales and lettings properties.
- Knowledge of the current residential sales and lettings market and associated legislation.
- Achievement of targets and deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Sound business ethics.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter.
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Duties will include:
- Grow volume of new sales and lettings business and income production to the branch.
- Instruct new properties onto the market for both sales and lettings.
- Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
- Accountable quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
- To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Develop the core business in the branch.
- Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
