Charlotte joined The Acorn Group in 2015 as a Trainee Negotiator in one of our leading Kent offices. With experience in sales and recruitment, Charlotte quickly progressed to become one of our elite negotiators, finishing in the Top 5 for Sales in 2017. Her tenacity and drive to succeed have been instrumental in her career development. Charlotte works closely with the Recruitment team and with Human Resources and Senior Management to ensure we employ excellent candidates across the Group who are supported throughout their career with us.
