Salary: OTE: up to £35,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:15am to 6pm, Fridays from 8:15am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
This is a Telephone based lead generation role, leveraging LRG client database to source
financial services referral opportunities for full range of prospective clients. The role will be targeted on the scheduling and completion of mortgage & protection appointments with Mortgage Scout Advisors.
Full training will be provided, ideal candidates will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate to a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, with the opportunity to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor within the business upon completion of training and development milestones.
Duties will include:
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication methods to introduce our mortgage services and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and mortgage advisors, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated and clients appraised of information/documentation requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and
appointments in our CRM system and bespoke data sheets. - Client servicing: Providing high standards of professional customer service at all times,
ensuring approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual customer. - Performance KPIs: Appointment booking and completion volumes and conversions, Mortgage & protection sign up volumes and conversions, Ancillary and third-party product/advice opportunities generated.
