Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm
Contract Length: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The Acorn Group is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Block Management Conveyancer to join the Block Management team. You will highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Duties will include:
- Respond to sales and re-mortgage enquiries
- Liaise with Block Managers on work
- Completion of LPE1’s and FME1’s
- Register Notices of Transfer and Charge
- Issue welcome packs to new owners
- Administrative support to the management team
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Administrative efficiency
- Problem-solving ability
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Previous experience in property management, conveyancing, or leasehold administration
- Familiarity with sales and remortgage processes
- Experience liaising with block or property managers and external stakeholders.
- Handling Notices of Transfer and Charge
- Providing support in a busy administrative role
- Preparing documentation for new property owners
- Experience working within a compliance-led environment.
